[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior unit had the fatal error code displayed indicating lack of refrigerant. Frigidaire stepped up and replaced my 5 year old model with a brand new one without any hesitation. I'm a fan for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older similar model from Frigidaire. Everyrhing is good but the handle on the bucket seems a bit flimsy. I would suggest not allowing bucket to get too full before emptying, or direct drain the unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier works well! I was emptying it every day, as I had it on the continuous mode. It cleared up the mildewy/dank smell of the basement in less than a month. I don't have a drain or sump pump in the basement, so my only complaint is the effort it took to lug the bucket up some steep stairs every day to empty it. Easy to use and worth every penny!

Great product, as described

It was almost filling the bucket daily at first, now not nearly as much with a lot of the moisture gone. It also helped take care of a musty smell. Would highly recommend.
