I never realized just how much excess moisture my house held - we collect no less than 35 pints daily, more so in the humid summer months. Especially helpful during my canning season. I love this unit! I wish I had purchased it a long time ago.

Well Made Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this dehumidifier because it had good ratings and it did not disappoint. I lowers the humidity quickly and has the added bonus of taking the chilly bite out of the basement coolness because it puts out slightly warm air as it is working. The air is about as warm as the warm air that comes from the back of a refrigerator. It's amazing how much moisture this machine pulls from the air. It is very easy to empty the catch bucket with it's built-in handle.
