stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 2 years ago and it has stopped working. I set it to 35% it runs a little and shuts off. We had a lot of rain and there is water in the basement floors and carpet and no water is being extracted by the humidifier. I even put it on CO and still nothing the fan runs cold air but no water is coming into the bucket and there is plenty in the floors. Didn't last 2 full years. It worked great last summer but now it's nearly spring lots of rain and it is not extracting water.

Efficient, quiet and easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced and older one ion a hobby room where humidity tends to be an issue. It is very quiet, efficient and easy to operate and setup. The old unit would run nonstop wasting electricity, while this unit only turns on when needed. Properly sizing dehumidifier to size/load of the room is the key. Will see with time how long it lasts.
