Unit Not Working

Unit not collecting water after only a few weeks of use. Set to dry mode and lower the humidity setting but still not collecting water at all.

Simple and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought to replace my old humidifier that broke and let me tell you it is so much better, it runs quiet it looks good. I also like how there’s a light the shows whenever it had reached the targeted humidity. And the wifi feature is also really use full since the dehumidifier is in my basement the app can actually tell me when I need to dump the water.

Very Loud Compressor Noise - will not buy frigidaire again

This a warranty replacement after my previous one lasted 11 months and would ice up and not defrost. They gave me an upgraded model. It is the loudest dehumidifier I have ever had. The manual describes the loud chatter as normal for high efficiency compressors. Everything else works as designed.
After three warranty replacements, I will not buy another frigidaire dehumidifier.

Replaced under warranty 3 times
