Missing one feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance because it’s connected to an app. It constantly disconnects so the app is useless. I’ve never received one app notification when the bucket is full. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars. It works really well otherwise. Just frustrated I spent extra money for it to be a smart device.

Works but inadequate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the dehumidifier is already wifi enabled and the machine clearly has a trigger to stop when the bucket is full, why isn’t there a notification through the app to alert us that the bucket is full?

Dehumidifier works, but smart functions are underwhelming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier works well enough. However, the smart functions aren't very useful. The dehumidifier drops it's connection to the Frigidaire app on a whim. After a few times, I stopped bothering to reconnect it.
Also: the appliance is supposed to be integrated with Google Home, but you can't do anything or even receive status updates within the Google Home app, so it's not clear whether there's any point to the integration.

Please ensure you get a solid signal in that area of your house! You should be able to use voice commands via Google Home to turn the dehumidifier on and off, change the humidity setting, or set it to Continuous Mode. Brand new had to replace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a new dehumidifier and 2 months later it died. I had to call and get a replacement shipped the following week. It is the same model so I hope Frigidaire fixed this issue and I don’t have to do this again.

Does what it’s supposed to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s in my basement, running on “auto”. Quiet enough. Fan always runs, compressor cycles to keep the humidity in the 50-55% range. Energy cost is unknown.

Works well but louder than expected.
