[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the WIFI capable model. You CAN reach it remotely via the app. The app tells you what state its in (if the bucket is fill, if its still running, what mode, etc). You can turn it off/on remotely (if the bucket is NOT full). But thats about it. (worth the extra $$ to me)
I have it running continuously - a rubber garden hose works well. (Initially I had a nice garden hose that had a thin inner diameter -- no good! Must be a cheapo hose - just thin rubber (and a large inner diameter).

Works Well but Software glitchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved my new dehumidifier. It’s very efficient and quiet. HOWEVER, if you download the app you may run into problems because the software doesn’t not work on 5G phones. And most new phones are 5G. So my advice: don’t download the app, just plug it in and turn it on the old fashion way.

Smart dehumidifier review
