Full featured effective dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier for my basement. I was concerned it may not be powerful enough but it has reduced the RH to 45%. I recommend getting the WiFi capability as you can monitor and change settings wherever you are. Also being able to attach a hose for the drain makes the unit almost maintenance free so you don’t have to empty the bucket. Powerful machine with lots of useful features. I highly recommend this product.

I love the Wi-Fi feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other De-humidifier (Friedrich) had a safety recall on it and after much research, I chose the Frigidaire Unit. I have 1 suggestion...Instead of having the room humidity display only in 5% increments, provide an option for 1% increments...then you would know if you are getting close to your setting....THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT...!!!

This High Humidity, Wi-Fi capable, high capacity not only does the job; its made my basement cooler! Which is imperative! I own my families Vanilla business!! RUBY'S PURE VANILLA have been Making Vanilla since 1885! Humidity could destroy the Vanilla beans we get in from Madagascar and Mexico. Thank you! Perfection!

Best dehumidifier we’ve ever had.

We are very happy with it, especially during this very rainy summer! Zero mildew or bad smell in our basement!

Everything is great BUT the wi-fi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent several hours trying to get the wi-fi to work to no avail. Seeing other reviews alerted me this maybe an issue. I am going to work with Frigidaire Support to see if we can resolve the issue. I know part of it has to do with 2.4 vs 5 ghz router connections
