Great So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. We've noticed quite a difference in our finished basement. I've had to empty the filled tank about twice a day. The light on the front of the unit really helps as a "quick glance" gauge to let me know it needs to be emptied. I would have rated a perfect 5 star for "Excellent" because we are super happy with the unit itself, but are extremely disappointed with the app. The app was sold as part of the entire package, and the fact that it does not send PUSH notifications when the tank needs to be emptied is an inconvenience. I do not want to have to think about opening the app to check it. I want the app to notify me that the humidifier needs attention. This is a pretty simple feature that most apps have.

Excellent humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine sucks out way more water from our damp basement than I expected. It's super easy to remove the water tank and I appreciate the sturdy carrying handle. Wifi is a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In order to add Frigidaire products to your smart home setup, you need to use their app and cloud service. Frigidaire have unfortunately decided not to provide a local control API that can work directly with HomeKit or Home Assistant. There are so many downsides to this way of doing things that I am unable to recommend any smart Frigidaire products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is worth the price tag, look no further! It is extremely powerful, but quiet enough in our utility room to not be a nuisance. New England summers are tough in terms of home humidity, and this machine does its job and more. We do not have a hose hooked up for disposal, and I can say that the bucket is not difficult to remove/carry when filled. It is incredible how fast the bucket fills - speaking both to our humidity and the capabilities of this dehumidifier! Wi-Fi is also a nice feature to have. It is helpful to see when the bucket has filled on the app, and bluetooth connectivity was a breeze to setup. There are many adjustable operating settings on the Frigidaire app to achieve your personal level of comfort. Additionally, the material quality and design of the dehumidifier is sleek and would easily look nice in a busy home space, if required. We are very satisfied with our purchase - Thank you Frigidaire!

Great machine, App needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to this one from an older noisy competitor's model. The machine itself works great- super quiet, does its job, and I like the touch controls and visual sensor. However, the Frigidaire app leaves a lot to be desired. I bought the wi-fi enabled machine so that it would tell me when the tank was full, but I was misled apparently- it does not do that. the app only allows you to turn it off and on and change the humidity.
