[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one was dead on arrival. The second has been working fine, but I’m not getting notified the tank is full. If I open the app I can see if it’s full but that’s unreliable. That was a huge factor in my decision to purchase so I’m disappointed.

Works well but wifi isn't worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid extra for the wifi version thinking I could keep an eye on the humidity level from afar (it's for a basement apartment). No such luck... not getting any useful data. Buying a separate device to measure and track humidity. Would have been better getting the version without wifi - either with the pump or just a simple dehumidifier. Probably would give 5 stars to those.

The Frigidaire 2.0 app provides the current humidity and humidity setting. Additionally, you can remotely turn the unit on or off, change humidity levels, and control modes, and adapt fan speeds. Extremely Pleased With This Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although our newly constructed one-level home has central air conditioning, which maintains a consistent cooling temperature, I noticed an uncomfortable humidity level in our family room, dining, and kitchen areas. It has been unusually hot and humid in our area this summer. I measured the indoor humidity level which was often well over 60%. After much research, I purchased the Frigidaire High Humidity 50 Pint Capacity Dehumidifier with Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the dehumidifier was easy to unpack and set up. The instructions were clear. I had no problem setting up the wi-fi, which works fine. I have been using it for two weeks. The humidity level is now consistently in the 40% - 50% range, which is a noticeable improvement, especially given the size of our home (appox. 4,000 square feet). I currently have the dehumidifier turned on 24 hours per day and use the Auto setting. I normally empty the water three times daily. The water container is easy to remove, empty, and return. It took a day or two to get used to the noise level. This dehumidifier cannot be described as quiet, but it is tolerable and not at all annoying. I was alerted to clean the filter after two weeks of operation. The process was simple and took less than five minutes. In short, this is an excellent product, and I am pleased with my choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier itself is fantastic, very reliable and a beast at pulling out humidity. I only run it on low and it takes care of everything for me. The app though is so-so, I often get notification when its full. And then sometimes I don't... so if that's what you're buying it for - timely notifications - I'm not sure it's there yet. Also, while its running you can see the room humidity reading in the app, but when it becomes full that's all it will tell you - FULL. I wish it would continue to tell you the room humidity, so I could decide if I really need to rush out to empty it, or if humidity is steady and I can empty at a later time.
