[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is quiet, powerful, and easy to operate. It can drain via an external hose so you don't need to keep emptying the canister. And the app indicates when the canister is full; you can also adjust the settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dehumidifier for over a year. It’s worked flawlessly and I think the app is really great!
I’m hoping to get app updated with a scheduler so it will schedule downtimes or integration with IFTTT or HomeKit or Alexa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lot of people this year, heat and humidity have been a problem. We tried various solutions in order to avoid the recommendation that we look into dehumidifiers. We got a model with bells and whistles and have been astounded at the difference it makes. We have turned up the thermostat and are more comfortable. We could run the drain line into a nearby drain but have decided that using the captured water on our plants is a better reuse of resources.

Easy to set up and use; wish app showed how full it is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered at the recommendation of Wirecutter for a musty downstairs bedroom in a mountain cabin. We've had it a month or two and seems to work well. Have no had any problems with it and I like how it can always tell me the room humidity from the app. I wish the app let you see how full the bucket is -- for that, it only shows if it is full or not. But, it's fine. I'm happy with it.
