Not overly happy

I bought the wifi model, trouble with the app, kept saying try again later. Customer service has no idea, my supervisor is away they said. Finally the app loaded after a week and now it won’t hook onto my wifi 🤷♂️. I’ll keep trying, it’s been a week so far. All other wifi devices work well except this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Apparently the EC error means it is now useless. No attempt to repair. No deal on a replacement.

Works well and does it's job!

I bought this a few weeks back. It works as it should and is replacing a Frigidaire dehumidifier. The only thing I want to say is on Auto it should allow to set a value for the air level. It only allows 50% and no more or less. Not a feature but a bug in my opinion.

this unit does not work properly

this unit humidistat does not read the correct %humiduty. Wen it shows 55% the room is actually 46%. I normally set the unit to 55% on DRY max speed, when it reaches 55% the blue lite does not come on? If by any chances it does go down to 50%, I then set it to auto, the speed is now low but the humidity guickly climb to 60%.

This is first time I bought a dehumidifier. It is work well, and not make hot much. Just a little bit noise, anyway it runs a big fan.

UNBELIEVABLE THIS DEHUMIDIFIER IS THE BEST

I bought this for my living room, I was getting ear wigs & while vacuuming carpet the humidity was high. I am pulling out 50 pints per night in the beginning, the quiet mode is a great feature also. Easy to clean outside & in between vents located on the top of this GREAT Model. Automatic shut off when bucket is full. Wifi connected yet haven’t used it. I have had it for a month now, looking forward to long term use of this GREAT FRIDGADAIRE GALLERY MODEL. MY suggestion is try this model, you cannot go wrong on investing in your home a great product….
