Do not buy

Have had 3 of these stop with error code EC in past 2 years.Only 1 year warranty.Way too expensive to stop after only using it for only 4 months out of one year.Using a replacement now just hoping it will not quit as just over the one year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just wow

Easiest setup of a Wi-Fi smart thing. Has an IT professional, I can see anyone can connect and register their products easily. Super quiet, drop our daily humidity on rainy day from 60%+ to 35% in just 12 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It shuts off after running 6 minutes and restarts after 3 minutes, and shuts off again after 3 minutes. Some articles said it might be the problem of sensor. I have to call customer service this coming Monday. Hope they can help me solve the problem.

Normal operation, once the appliance reaches the set humidity the compressor will shut off first. Then the fan will shut off. However, the fan will cycle on and off to test the humidity in the room. Stopped working 1 week after warranty expired. I'm sure it's not coincidence.

It worked great until it stopped working less than 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I wouldn't have had it for a year based on shipping times. Not impressed. Won't buy this brand again.

easy to use!

started using it 6 months ago, definitely worked great in our basement; moved it to the main floor for the winter and it took care of our windows no problem. the wifi connectivity and ability to control through the app was super convenient to use as well

Amazing dehumidifier. Wifi works very well, convenient. Get notification when tank full. Easy to empty tank. Quiet when running. Very happy with my purchase.

Effective: Remove a lot of water from air. But it is noisy.
