Great Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Frigidaire dehumidifier for my 950 square feet basement and it performs as described. I love the WiFi functionality because viewing the app on my phone allows me to see the dehumidifier status - for example, when the bucket is full. The only problem I had was establishing WiFi connection and I had to call to get assistance. Happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit for my crawl space and the Wifi option. Was easy to setup and remotely monitor the dehumidifier and can easily adjust all of the options with my phone. I highly recommend this and would buy again.

Great for what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an old house with inadequate air circulation, and during the wet, warm fall started to notice mildew inside in most rooms. We bought this guy to help with the problem, and it has been great. We have to empty the bucket a couple times a day, but we knew that going in. And it has an auto shut off so we don’t have to worry about it being a problem if it fills while we’re gone. Adjustable noise levels are good too

Frigidaire app is difficult to setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ion function on the app keeps turning off and the machine doesn't display LC like the manual shows when the ion system should be on.
App keeps wanting me to register the appliance--we registered item on the computer the first day it arrived.
Had some problems setting up an account...didn't know if your request for a password was for google account, yahoo, or a new one for frigidaire.
You request a nickname..then keep saying the name is aready used.
