A Single, Important, Gripe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product about a month ago for a home I own in southern United States. The home was built over 60 years ago and tends to get humid inside, which over the years has caused some damage to some of the older furnishings and wallpaper. I definitely wanted to avoid damaging the valuable antique furniture thats in the house so I purchased the dehumidifier. Its done a great job keeping the humidity levels in the house down to the point the moisture in the house is not even an issue anymore.
But I’m not always in the house. I was relying not just on the ability of product to be controlled over the internet(which is does extremely well), but its ability to continuously drain. This is the issue. Even when the dehumidifier is set to “continuous draining mode”, and the drainage hose is secure, the drainage bucket still fills up almost daily.
This is an issue that will prevent me from using the product as I had expected. The product works wonderfully and the build quality is superior. But I sincerely hope the continuous draining problem can be corrected with a part or some operation instruction.

50 pints dehumidifier

No working wifi function. So much vibration from inside. Loud
Wifi function doesnt appear in mobile setting. Wifi buttun have to be push for 5 sec till you hear bip and tnd lights turn on. So non functioning brand new unit or frigidaire have to be stop fulling people with crappy products. Its my second frigidaire non working dehumidifier. Im sick of advices from support ..please call as .. just stay away from ..

Ad to my previous non working wifi reviews

After update to app version 2.0 all problem are resolved. Wifi set up is smooth. Make sure you download red icon app.v2.0. Previous v1 doesnt let u set up dehumidifier

This dehumidifier is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dehumidifier for about a month now, and it is making such a huge difference in my house. I was getting mold on my windows, and my clothes were drying well when I hung them up to dry. These aren’t problems anymore! It’s nice that I can see how it’s doing wherever I am with the WiFi and app function.

Wifi features are great and bring peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a few weeks ago. Works well as a dehumidifier, but the really great feature is the wifi capability. I was able to monitor the situation via my phone and make sure it was working as well as adjust it while away for a week, giving me peace of mind that it was working and that I was keeping the humidity in my house under control. Would buy again!
