Love the wifi feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about a month a half ago, I got a bucket full in 3 hours in my basement. It floods on half the side of my basement so I attached a hose and am very impressed at how quickly it dries the basement back up. I also enjoyed the ionizer! Didnt know it had this function until it came and I have been needing an hour to two less sleep a night because of it. Only downside is it keeps telling me to check the filter and it looks fine when I do check it and it isn't very substantial.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with my older model and used it remotely all of time while out of town, it works with hose and no pump needed. I really like this newer model, although the fancy lights can be very bright - it would nice if it had a sleep mode, this product though is an improved product and I’m very pleased. I gave it only 4 stars because the New App does not work on IOS 14. Well it does but every time to leave the app the connection is permanently lost. You can only do this twice before you give up. Hopefully the App will be fixed soon.

Quiet efficient and love the ionizer feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reservoirs is big enough that I don’t have to change it for 2-3 days. It works extremely well and efficiently and is one of the most quiet units I’ve owned. The app works well enough and the ionizer feature is great

It really made a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last couple of months, my basement started to smell of dampness. I checked everywhere for water leaks or moisture seeping in but there was nothing. So I decided to invest in a dehumidifier. Based on many recommendations from various websites, I decided to go in for this model. I wanted something with Wi-Fi control so I didn't have to run to the basement to start /stop it. The initial Wi-Fi setup was hard because for some reason, this dehumidifier won't connect to my new router which is Wi-Fi 6 compliant. So, I connected it to the older router which I use for guest network and it connected in a snap.
After I ran it for couple of hours, the dampness smell was totally gone and basement felt as comfortable as any other room. I can control every function from my phone. The app is well designed and I can see all the information and user manual right in the app. This is one of appliances where I can truly say that it is worth every dollar.

Operates well for dehumidification

Features not great for my eyesight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was recommended that I purchase a Frigidaire brand dehumidifier for my basement and I did. Not easy to program had to have my son assist me, still not sure where power button, should b easily identifiable, icon coloring a problem for me. As far as I know it's performing as claimed.
