[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use in my bonus room for both heat and cooling. It is working great and is a lot quieter than the one I had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would be nice if it had and exhaust only mode. Also the louver position when paused does not remember his position when unit is turned off and turned back on . It has to be reset, which really isn't that big of a deal but I had one in the past that did have that feature so you didn't have to keep setting it. In cool mode air output is very very cold. So far, overall works very very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have a senior Saint Bernard who cannot take any heat. It is working perfectly and he is very happy with the cool air in the house.
