[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have the need to heat or cool only one room, this is an excellent choice and a very cost-effective alternative to a mini-split system and less obtrusive than a window-installed air conditioner. Its footprint is pretty small and it has a very strong fan that is remarkably quiet. My only disappointment is that its thermostat, at least in heat mode in the winter, doesn't seem to work very well, possibly because the unit needs to be installed near an exterior wall so doesn't monitor the general room temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally worked well during the summer months. Tried using it on the heat mode but it wasn't heating. I hope to received a replacement from the company and will see how it works then. Company was responsive to my issue.

Excellent appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great addition to our garage. My garage is about 600 square feet, and this portable heat pump works perfectly. It really does what it claims it will. It takes my garage from 50 degrees to 70 degrees in no time at all. I'm glad that I bought this item and gave it a chance.
