[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought it a month ago it works well only one thing The hose that let it drain out the window isn’t there been trying to get one but unsuccessful The company said that it’s been discontinued so I’m on able to get one other than that it works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would be nice if it had and exhaust only mode. Also the louver position when paused does not remember his position when unit is turned off and turned back on . It has to be reset, which really isn't that big of a deal but I had one in the past that did have that feature so you didn't have to keep setting it. In cool mode air output is very very cold. So far, overall works very very well!

Love the portable ac unit/heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with the product. I a very large room and for this unit it’s no problem to keep it cool. Now that I’m writing this review, is winter and this unit it’s keeping the room warm to. Easy to install, easy to use. Even my kids know how to use or to operate the unit. So far so good, no problems at all in the 3 months that I have had it. Highly recommended product.
