Having issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating will change based on resolution. Trying to get a hold of someone to troubleshoot an issue with the fan having trouble starting up. Right before compressor kicks on the fan sputters about 10 times. Sometimes the compressor won’t kick on. This happens about half the time. No luck on contact.

great for seniors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given a five star but the piece that goes in the window came cracked and I had to super glue it. Other than that it is very convenient to get out and put away when not using which is a plus for me as I get older.

Love the portable ac unit/heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with the product. I a very large room and for this unit it’s no problem to keep it cool. Now that I’m writing this review, is winter and this unit it’s keeping the room warm to. Easy to install, easy to use. Even my kids know how to use or to operate the unit. So far so good, no problems at all in the 3 months that I have had it. Highly recommended product.
