[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for a week and it is leaking or condensating about a 1/2 gallon of water each day. And I only run it at night. So I have had to put a large tub under it as my carpet got drenched. I hope I can return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this unit for about 2 weeks and it is working well, keeping our 12x20 sun room cool in temps as high as 102. It is a little louder than desired but compared to our neighbors units it is quieter,,, until this winter, we don’t know how well it will heat the room, but so far, so good. Would have rated it five stars if the sound levels were better
