Works well - a little noisy though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely gets the job done and was easy to install and use. But it is pretty loud, like you're going to want to turn it off if you want to hear the TV clearly while it's in use if you're in the same room with it.

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not waste your time buying this unit. Does it blow cold air? Yes, but thats about the only good feature it has. Every single day it gives an error cold and refuses to blow cold air until the issue is addressed. The most common reason for this happening is "drain pan full" which should be an easy fix, right? WRONG! The only way to fix this is to tip the whole machine on its side and let the water drain. Still doesn't sound bad? Well, to make things worse, the drain plug is so low on the unit that your only options are to drain in onto the floor or wheel it outside. Still not sold? It has two drain pans, one for condensation build up and another for dehumidifier build up, they both fill up no matter what setting you have the ac on and the solution is the same. I owned this air conditioner for about 3 weeks before it first filled up with water. Now it is every other day that it reads full. Despite wheeling all 50lbs of it outside and laying it on its side to drain, soaking the entire unit, it still does not fully drain and I am forced to repeat this cycle multiple times a week. Please save your money and do not buy this headache. You're better off putting ice cubes in front of your window fan.

Nice features, average cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad for the price, but it's still a lot of money. There's just no way you get the advertised 650 square foot coverage with this BTU. Nice features with the app, Alexa, etc., but the cooling isn't anything special for the price. Works to take the edge off, but really I'm only getting about a 10-15 degree Fahrenheit reduction, regardless of what the temperature is. Hot days are still warmer than I'd like.
