Good looking, works well for remote work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in the Pacific Northwest, I got this for my home which had no air conditioner. After all the crazy heat waves we’ve had, I was looking for something that could keep me cool while I work from home. This definitely fits the bill. It’s maybe about 3 feet high and a pretty slender fit, fitting perfectly in a narrow space I have in my bedroom. The setup was easy and I was able to connect it to my Google home without hassle. It’s perfectly white, matching all the furniture I have, definitely not an eyesore like some air conditioners I looked at when I was shopping around. I have a 5 gallon bucket it drains into (you’ll have to provide your own, the air conditioner doesn’t come with one), and I empty it usually once a day I keep the air conditioner running the whole day. With the Frigidaire app, I can turn off the quick glance light, which helps keep the room dark as I keep it on while I’m sleeping. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 is I wish I had the ability to turn off all the status lights on the top - they’re especially bright during the night, but luckily they’re on top of the air conditioner and I’m able to lay a sock over the flat surface to block the lights from bothering me while I sleep. I’ve had it for over a year now and it works really well. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to have the ability to connect it to their smart home, and get an air conditioner that doesn’t look awful - it’s nice to look at.

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this about 2 months ago. Very quiet and works great. Cools down a very hot room in minutes. Wifi capable and can set a schedule to cool things off when your on your way. No more hot room.

Quick and Quiet

Although we have central air, the basement has always been uncomfortable during the summer. This unit quickly makes the basement a comfortable working environment in a matter of minutes. Remote and phone control are a huge plus

Great modern features

So far so good, but the window kit was not the best fit for my metal window frame and the App is extremely basic and slow to interact.

I will need to cut some strips of wood for the bottom of the window kit to make it secure and seal well from the outside air. The App is extremely basic and slow to interact. From the app, you can schedule the unit to go on and off. You can tell it to go to a cooler setting at night and a warmer setting during the day.

Love the wifi and Alexa connectivity features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ac unit just under a month ago to help keep my apartment cool during the hot days we sporadically get here. It was pretty easy to set up the wifi and connect it to my Alexa App, which is the best part of this unit. Don't recommend the Frigidaire app as your sole app for use, as it's pretty glitchy, but necessary for initial set up. The cooling system does a good job at keeping my living and dining areas cool (5-600 sqft) so I'm happy with the overall effectiveness.

Works well but Smart features could use some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit cools our room properly and all functions seem to work very well except for the wireless Smart features. Using the iOS app is very hit or miss. Sometimes my phone connects to the app just fine and everything works well. Other times it is randomly showing offline and power cycling the device doesn’t help. It just randomly starts working again. Definitely can’t count of the smart app Or the Alexa integration. But in general this is a great portable ac unit.
