Leaks water out of the bottom, but not enough to notice until you move the unit to discover damage

Leaks a decent amount of water out of the bottom of the unit. Enough to damage your floors, but not enough to have the puddle extend beyond the edges of the unit, so it goes undiscovered until you move the unit.
Also given the fact that it doesn't have an exterior air inlet to makeup for the air it blows out your house, it ends up sucking makeup air down your chimney (making your house smell like a fireplace), so you'll have to leave a window slightly cracked somewhere to prevent this.
But also means that it sucks in almost as much humidity in to your house as it is removing, perhaps that is why it makes the puddle under the unit
