best ac ive ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ac almost 2 months ago and ive been so impressed with it! with the swing feature, the ionizer feature and the app letting me control it via wifi, i can always keep my house a nice temperature for when i walk in my house and i dont have to waste energy when im gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had about two weeks of unseasonably cool temperatures when we first purchased our unit. So we didnt get a chance to use it very often at first. But eventually the summer heat and humidity came along.
And wow, this unit is outstanding. Moves a large volume of air and cools quickly.
We use it to cool the living room and dining area.

Great air conditioner - app connection terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this air conditioner about three weeks ago. I love the look of it, the sound is great, it isn’t too loud. And it cools my entire downstairs! Very impressed. The thing that is lacking is the connection to my wifi and app. Every time I connect it to the wifi, about 25 minutes later it will say ‘connection lost.’ My wifi isn’t the problem.... the technology is lacking, but luckily I didn’t buy it because of an app. Still for the price, it really should just simply work.

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this unit after buying 2 other units from other brands that failed. The only thing I could improve upon is the window kit. I wish there was more versatility in the sizing. I will have to cut the thick plastic in order to get the right fit for my window, but the unit itself is impressive with its features and much quieter than competitors in my personal experience.
