Good A/C unit but accessories are poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago and window slide piece has crack where exhaust connects so the hose won't stay connected very well. Tried to get a replacement but company states that pare is no longer available although this is supposed to be a brand new model. The A/C itself worked well the first week then I connected to WiFi but it constantly loses connection even though the signal is strong. When WiFi connection was going in and out the settings on the unit kept changing so I had to un-connect from WiFi. Seems to work well without being connected.

Awesome Portable Unit

I use the unit in an office space not connected to my central A/C. This thing comes in handy during the hot and sunny Florida summer. And just a few days ago my central A/C went out and this was a perfect backup unit to keep the living space in my home cool enough until repairs were made, 2 days later!!!

Works Great

We put the air conditioner in the garage and what a difference it made. We were able to spend the entire day in there working. Best investment we made

Great money saver
