Watch for leaks

I bought these about 9 months ago. The first change out was smooth. No leaks as others have mentioned. This is my 2nd attempt to change out the filter. As others said, this time I had hissing and leaking. What a mess. I removed the filter and cleaned up the water. Found out the hard way the drawers cannot be my bucket. They are not solid. Now water in the floor. I put the filter in again and heard a quick hiss and now no water. The instructions say to disconnect your water....I cannot do that on my own. So, I took a chance twice. I think the filter is fine once it clicks in place. DO NOT leave home until you have had a chance to watch for leaks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great... with exception of the water filter design

Overall nice refrigerator so far, but I'm docking a start because of the extremely poor online instructions for changing the water filter... it is completely wrong and almost resulted in the flooding of our kitchen.
Come on guys, no excuses. I've read a whole bunch of other reviews with the same complaint that almost ended in disaster. The video is wrong in three ways; 1) It is a quarter turn, not a 180 degree turn 2) It goes in with the arrows sideways, not up and down, and 3) It gives the appearance the it doesn't matter whether the LOCK embossing is right side up or down... well it matters 100%, they just don't tell you that. Very poor in that department. Other than that, I really like the fridge.

Perfect Filtration!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With having hard rural water, this filters out all the bad and leaves nothing but crisp, refreshing water. I absolutely love that I made the choice in purchasing Samsung! Also, I can use my points to purchase products, which is another plus!!
