[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung HAF-QIN has come in clutch for our family. We have been using Samsung’s water filter for a couple of years now and we have no complaints overall. My family uses reusable water flasks on the daily, so we invested in a Samsung Fridge for the family. I did some research before making the plunge, and one of the things that stood out was the affordability of the water filter annually. Having comfort in knowing our water is filtered from harsh additives, and a cost that doesn't break the bank makes this water filter a must have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and connect to the internet . You can ask it anything we can alway go back the what was ask before, not complicated to use. Sometime people can make things confusing but with this program it makes things much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an issue where our water filter was not working. If we added a filter, the water stopped dispensing. The tech who came at our place, said the filters werent good, so we had to buy multiple filters till we hit a good filter. This went on for 2+ years and turns out the water filter unit was the issue.
