The Best Filter Is the Filter You Do Not Notice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some things in life should just work without being in the foreground, and the Samsung water filter is one of those things. I do not want to taste or smell bad water. This filter does exactly what it is supposed to do: it provides us with good well water that has no artificial filter taste or smell. Since we make our own sparkling water, we heavily use our Samsung Bespoke water source. It saves us a lot of money while providing even better quality than what you can buy in the store. Replacing the filter is very easy due to its accessible position. In addition, the fridge tells you exactly when to replace it based on both time and water volume. Thank you, Samsung!

Easy and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HAF-QIN Refrigerator Water Filter fit my Samsung fridge perfectly. The filter is really easy to access and replace, and the fridge tells me when it's time for a new filter. The packaging was very eco-friendly - the cardboard box was sturdy enough to hold the filter securely and not get crushed but thin enough that it wasn't wasting material. I had to run water thru the filter, as usual, but once that was done the drinking water was crisp and clear. It's nice that this filter lasts longer than most water filters, filtering up to 500 gallons vs 200-400 on most water filters. I would definitely recommend the Samsung filter to friends and family.

Fresh ice and water, great filter

The water now tastes fresh, clean, and pleasantly cold, with no unusual taste or odor. I also noticed that the ice tastes fresher and cleaner. I like knowing that the genuine Samsung filter is NSF certified and designed specifically for my refrigerator. The filter has made a noticeable difference in the quality and taste of our drinking water. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the filter and would definitely purchase it again.

Love my Samsung Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had several different Samsung refrigerators throughout the years, and one of our favorite features has always been having filtered water right from the fridge. The HAF-QIN water filter works perfectly and is something we use every single day.
We are big on reusable water bottles, especially with two kids, so everyone is constantly filling up their cups and water bottles throughout the day. Having filtered water right from the refrigerator is super convenient and has saved us a ton of money compared to constantly buying bottled water or refilling water jugs.
The filter is also really easy to replace, lasts us a good amount of time, and doesn’t cost a ton to replace throughout the year. I love the convenience of knowing we always have filtered water ready to go without having to think much about it.

Clean Water and Easy Install

My entire family drinks the water from the refrigerator every day because it tastes so much better than tapwater. My wife, especially like it because there are chemicals in the water. In regards to the installation, it is so much easier than any refrigerator I’ve had before. Installation of the filter took maybe five seconds. The best part is, you don’t have to move anything out of the way to replace the filter and there is no mess to clean up. I am very happy with this filter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung HAF-QIN replacement water filter for my new Samsung Refrigerator. It came well packaged and sealed. The installation was straightforward by simply twisting the locking mechanism left and it springs out. The new one slides in the same way and twists back right and it locks in place. We use the water and ice a lot and have clean, filtered water that tastes good with over 40 different contaminants removed after having gone through my softener system. This filter keeps my water system in the refrigerator performing great and keeps me from buying bottled water.

Genuine Filter That Fixed Our Cloudy Ice Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator's ice had started coming out cloudy and the water had a faint off taste, so I replaced the filter with this one and the difference showed up within the first pitcher the water tastes noticeably cleaner and the ice has gone back to clear rather than the cloudy cubes we'd been getting used to. Installation was straightforward since this is the square design our fridge requires I confirmed our old filter's shape before ordering and it twisted into place exactly like the original with no forcing or misalignment. The authentication tag was a nice reassurance step, I peeled it off and held it against the included magnet and the green stripes appeared as described confirming it was the real thing rather than a knockoff, which matters given how particular refrigerator filter housings can be about fit. Flow rate has stayed strong and consistent since installing it, no weak trickle from the dispenser and no dripping or leaking around the filter housing, which was my main worry going in given how a poor fitting filter can cause exactly that kind of mess. Since replacement is recommended roughly every six months, I've set a reminder so we don't forget and end up drinking through a spent filter without realizing it. The whole swap took only a couple of minutes once the old one was out. Overall this has restored our water and ice quality noticeably and installation was genuinely hassle free, and I would recommend it to anyone with the same square filter style refrigerator who has noticed their water or ice quality slipping.

Water tastes great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we have always used third party water filters in our Samsung fridge thinking that they were all the same. The Samsung HAF-QIN has proven that my assumptions were wrong. For a start it fits perfectly into the filter slot. No hard twisting or challenges seating the filter were required. It took a while for the water to start flowing, and we made sure that we flushed several gallons through before drinking. I was pleasantly surprised to not see small specks of carbon filter during the flushing process which normally occurs when I have changed the filter in the past.
When it came time to taste the water, all of my family members commented that it tasted much better than before. I know we will be using this filter again and again in the future.
One slight improvement would be to include a set of stickers that indicate the month or date it needs to be replaced. That way we can replace at the right time and continue to enjoy tasty and clean drinking water.
