[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best water filter I've had in a fridge so far. I especially like the ice but the water itself is great too. I've had it for 3 months now and it still shows as having almost 70% left before needing a replacement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This water filter worked as expected! Was super easy to install and not going to lie.... The water tasted phenomenal and so much better than my previous fridge/water filter combination!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These filters are easy to install, last several months and make the ice and water taste pure and delicious. I prefer to invest in the Samsung brand filters as I trust the quality and I have never had a problem with any of my Samsung appliances or accessories!
The water filter is so hard to get on. I just replaced mine a month ago left for work on Friday came home after 9hrs to find i has w inches of water in my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. I have water damage to everything carpet has to be replaced and cabinets and since it was the weekend have to wait till Monday for insurance and hope they will cover it. I am scared to leave to house now. O yea not mention my neighbor also have water damage. This all had to do with the water filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds like Samsung constantly avoids OWNING up to the fact that the water filter is difficult to install and leaks happen often. They have used their standard blah, blah, blah language. This is an issue and so is their faulty ice makers.
Do not sell/give my contact information

This is my 2nd time replacing the filter on my fridge. Woke up the next morning to my kitchen flooring completely soaked. I've done everything I know to do to this filter and its still leaking. I've removed it and reinserted it multiple times. Trying to return the filter I just bought is impossible. My floors in my kitchen are already warping. I'm gonna end up having to re-floor around my refrigerator because if this. What a nightmare, stay away!!!
