Almost 5 stars because of two issues with bag. The front upper zipper does not lay right unless the bag is over stuffed and if over stuffed it does not fit under the seat. Second the area over the front wheels make it hard to fit under seat and because the area is so hard you can’t mash down to help it fit.
I love the size and style just wish it fit better in main cabin seats.

Great bag with one possible exception

I really like this bag. I took it on a trip to Europe as my carryon for my laptop and technology accessories among other items. It fit nicely under the seat and rolled well through airports. I do find the retractable telescoping handle to be quite flimsy feeling and I have my doubts about whether it will stand the test of time. Also it is supposed to have 5 stages. I couldn’t get it to lock into one of the in between stages - for me it was up or down.

It is a beautiful bag that is very sturdy but way too heavy to use as a carry on. So keep the weight in mind if considering this bag as a frequent carry on.

Overall it is a wonderful bag to carry on. The only things that would be nice is an easier way to get into the main compartment without unfolding the entire bag. Also a way to clip on a water bottle. Great addition is a foldable bag like the "Just in Case" backpack or bag.
