The soap dispenser almost never opens. Very frustrating to run it for 2 hours and find a partially dissolved soap packet still in the dispenser.
Cabinet ready fronts don’t match normal cabinets so it looks odd and doesn’t blend in.

Terrible washer

When reviewing and considering the dimensions, take note that the unit is very short and particularly designed for very low counter Heights.
This unit does a terrible job on drying dishes. They sit in the unit wet and have to be towel dried. You may as well do the dishes by hand.
We've had this unit one day and will be returning it immediately. Just a terrible product

The bottom tray just flies out no stopper

Are used to buy GE products all the time but this dishwasher totally disappointed me the bottom tray keeps flying out because there’s no stopper and the silverware tray doesn’t stay secure very very unhappy

We are very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with loading wine glasses in the top rack when plates are in the bottom and that you are disappointed in the space that it offers. We understand that this would be inconvenient and are happy to offer you some guidance in this!
Your dishwasher is equipped with a Stem Safe feature, that adds flexibility to loading the upper rack and will be very helpful with this! It includes a row of security tabs along the bottom of the upper rack which secure the lip of the wine glasses during washing and can hold up to 6-8 stemmed glasses.
It is also designed with an adjustable upper rack may be lowered to help accommodate larger or taller items. To do this, you select the set of rollers that provide your desired height and reinstall the upper rack by guiding the rack rails between the appropriate set of rollers. You can find further instructions on page 8 of your Use and Care Manual, seen here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55124-5.pdf.

Bad bottom rack not enough large plate holders

I did NOT want to buy another GE dishwasher, but had NO options. I also did NOT want stainless exterior. Who makes these decisions!!

Well priced quiet custom panel ready dishwasher

Custom panel ready dishwasher is quiet and adequately cleans and dries load if you fill in the door rinse agent dispenser. Door is lighter weight than other custom panel dishwashers I’ve owned like Bosch for example.
I would recommend this to a friend!
