Terrible dishwasher

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. Replaced the drain pump last week, it has only worked correctly maybe two times since. I am in a new house and this was here when we bought the house. Used less than a year and already replacing parts, and it still doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If water is standing in the bottom of the tub, the air gap may be clogged, the high drain loop or air gap is not installed correctly, or the drain is clogged. what a disappointment!

I did 2 washes on this new machine, both came out torally wet, the dishwasher itself was all watery. The fist wash was a short one, and there was water everywhere, the second wash I dis a long one , the soap didnt disolve, everything was dirty and very wet

We highly recommend ensuring your inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. A low inlet water temperature can result in dirty dishes. You can also use the “Wash Temp Boost” feature to assist with this process.
Additionally, you can try reorganizing large dishware to make sure the sprayer arm has access to the detergent dispenser. Improperly loaded dishware such as plates and pans can prevent the detergent from dissolving completely.

The controls feel cheap and easily breakable. It’s also very noisy. Otherwise, it does an adequate job.

This dishwasher was a replacement from my appliance warrinty company. It in now way compares to my dishwasher that broke. It now takes me running the dishwasher twice due to the dishwasher design not holding enough dishes. The silverware rack is so ridiculous and the silverware gets stuck. And finally there is no drying cycle on this machine. My dishes are wet when I go to put them away. Surely not worth the over 1k price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishes not clean. No dry cycle

I was so looking forward to getting this new dishwasher but it is a disappointment. I have to wash the dishes before loading or else it doesn’t even touch the left-on food. There’s no dry cycle so everything is soaked when it’s finished and I have to towel dry. It is quiet and pretty but what good is that if my dishes are still dirty? Disappointing. We paid a lot of money and feel cheated.
