The unit is nice stainless steel inside and out. The pull out trays are a bit cumbersome and light weight awkward loading dishes in this unit. The cycle is 161 minutes whew long. Also I did not like this unit does not dry the dishes and there’s lots of water spots. Trading this unit back in for one with a dryer at the end of cycle. Otherwise beautiful unit. Dishes cleaned. But spotty.

Good morning,
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your personal feedback on your ADA compliant stainless steel dishwasher! We value your opinion, and very much appreciate hearing the pros and cons.
We're sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your appliance. Here at GE Appliances we strive to ensure we are providing you with quality appliances that you can depend on.
Your dishwasher has a drying mechanism called condensate dry. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process.
Thanks again for your review, and for trusting GE Appliances for your home! -Devin@GEA
The silverware basket handle snaps off and the bottom rack comes off the track when sliding in or out.

To small, can’t move silverware holder. Glassware sizes are restricted. Although unit is ADA certified , it doesn’t hold many dishes even when following description.

The racks don't seem to be well thought out - there is often a lot of unused space. The silverware holder is loose, which is annoying. I generally wedge it in place with a bowl. The silverware holder wastes space with tiny slots that I doubt any silverware can fit in. Also, the first time I picked it up out of the dishwasher, the handle detached, dumping my silverware on the floor. This dishwasher is noisier than others that I have had.
