Cleans well but don’t like the way we have to load dishes compared to our older Jennair which was much more accommodating.

Cleans dishes well, but racks poorly designed

Although the dishwasher cleans the dishes well enough, the racks are poorly designed thus making it difficult to wash as many dishes as with other dishwashers. Also, the top shelf binds making it difficult to push the shelf in far enough to close the door.

Unbelievably poorly designed

Options for a panel-front dishwasher were limited, so we went with this one. Turns out it has no heated dry function, and the entire thing is incredibly unorganized. I have no idea who designed it because nothing seems to fit right anywhere. We often end up running it with bowls at angles such that they have a few teaspoons of water in them when the cycle in done. Utensil compartment is equally useless and has to be jammed somewhere in the rack as it has no designated location to secure it. Two stars because it does in fact clean dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's Going Back on Saturday!

We are actually returning this and replacing it with a Maytag. There are several reasons I hate this unit. The door when opened hits you in the legs, the silverware caddy does not fit the handles of our silverware (they are too wide), the tub is far too small for us and because it is ADA, the legs have to be adjusted for a standard height countertop and it looks like crap! I am sure it could be a nice unit for a single person with a disability, as it does seem to clean well, but it does not work for us.

If your dishwasher is not draining, you will typically see an excess amount of water in the bottom of the tub. If excessive water is remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher, there are a few things that can cause this issue.
