We are actually returning this and replacing it with a Maytag. There are several reasons I hate this unit. The door when opened hits you in the legs, the silverware caddy does not fit the handles of our silverware (they are too wide), the tub is far too small for us and because it is ADA, the legs have to be adjusted for a standard height countertop and it looks like crap! I am sure it could be a nice unit for a single person with a disability, as it does seem to clean well, but it does not work for us.

I am so unhappy with this product. I hate the racks, the silverware holder is not good, it takes way to long to run and the dishes don't dry. I hate it

Hello,
Thank you for checking in and leaving your feedback. We're sorry to know that you are less than satisfied with the quality of the dishwasher racks.
Dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance but they use less energy while running. It is normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Please refer to the link below: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18914
If the dishes are not drying properly we recommend referring to the troubleshooting steps at this link below: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our factory service and repair team by calling 1-800-432-2737.
We hope this helps provide some insight for achieving the best results with your dishwasher. We're always here if you have any questions. -Charlie@GEA

Cheaply built. Wet spots left on racks inside. Noisy. It’s going back!

Hi there,
We appreciate you taking the time to provide your opinion and feedback on your new dishwasher.
If your dishwasher is not draining, you will typically see an excess amount of water in the bottom of the tub. If excessive water is remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher, there are a few things that can cause this issue. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16240
There are a few noises heard when the dishwasher is in use. We recommend taking a look at the link below for normal sounds: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16269
If the issue continues to persist we recommend scheduling an appointment with our factory service and repair team by calling 1-800-432-2737, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

It washes great though drying is less optimum. Wish the silverware holder was bigger. Also it’s hard to see how much time is left for the wash since it is not visible with door closed.
Doesn't dry dishes. Buttons are on to under counter. Very inaccessible for me.

Hello! We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are so sorry to hear that the buttons on your dishwasher are not easily accessible for you since it is a top control model. With top control dishwashers, you will need to open the door to select the wash cycle and then close the door. You will not be able to access the control panel while the door is shut. We have also provided some tips to avoid poor drying in your dishwasher at the link below.
Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. Please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance in the future. Have a wonderful day! - Adrian@GEA
