After decades of using nonstick pans, I was hesitant to make the change to stainless. I wish I had done it long ago. These pans are great and there has been no problem with sticking. Be sure to read the instructions as cooking with stainless is different than nonstick. I have already recommended to my kids when they need new pans to purchase stainless.

Unfortunately it stains easily, but the cooking quality is still good. I don’t over heat the pans and falcata use oils.
