Unit Damaged. Claiming for Lifetime Warranty

Around 8 months after the purchase an unit got literally "cracked" , a "crack" just populated in one side, some pictures are attached. I am claiming warranty.

I love Cuisinart brand but they really did bad on this one everything sticks to the pans in one use the pan turned brown around the inside edges im going to return mine . Shame on Cuisinart a brand i trust

Very disappointing. I would not recommend these pans. Everything sticks to the bottom and burns, no matter how much oil you put in.

I bought Cuisinart Classic stainless steel cookware set about 1 month ago. Sturdy construction; heats quickly & retains temperature; easy to clean.
8 inch non-stick fry pan is excellent. Glass cover handle can get hot; but seals well and aids in maintaining food temperature. However, cover can collect cooking residue in rim so care must be taken with washing and drying. Multiple size pots are
excellent and makes cooking easier.

I bought this product as a replacement for my old cookware. I have used it many times and have had excellent results. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean. Barkeeper's Friend removes stains that can't be removed with warm water and Dawn. I do not put my new cookware in the dishwasher although it is dishwasher safe. I expect to use this cookware for many years.

I like these way more than I expected. They hold heat wonderfully and are surprisingly easy to clean. I've been using them regularly, now, and they still look brand new. I particularly like the flat bottoms, which will make them suitable for induction if I ever go that route. They are also lighter weight than my previous Calphalon set and I like that they go from stove top to oven. Couldn't be happier.
