We love the set. The material is really good and easy to clean. If you proper grease and don’t keep the heat to high the food won’t stick. The only problem is that the handle gets hot when cooking. Be careful

I thought they were beautiful when I got them out of the box. Nice, heavy and well balanced. I've been disappointed because they are staining or something on the inside bottom of the pans. I'm getting them clean, but they are not the same even after one use. I have other pans from Cuisinart I'd bought earlier and they are the same. Maybe it's just the brand? The lids fit very tight and I like being able to see through them. All things considered I won't take them back and they seem to be okay cooking. I was disappointed how they look after the first use. Mine also have some minor defects but I think that's why they were such a good deal so I'm okay with that.
