Used to love this blender

I received this blender as a gift a few months ago and initially loved it. However, after less than 10 uses, it auto shut off and even after unplugging and letting it sit overnight, the blue light comes on but it just clicks and does nothing. It was great while it lasted, now it’s just a pretty shelf ornament.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t last

The Blender model 1350 was a gift in July from my daughters. At the end of October it quit. Light comes on but no features work. I only made smoothies and once blended cooked squash for soup. Never had a chance to try the ice crouch feature. Very disappointed. Will go back to my 20 year old basic blender. This one was a waste of my daugjters’ Hard-earned money.

Did the job for a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was ok for a year of occasional use. Yesterday while making a smoothly the plastic driver that powers the blades shattered into pieces.

Worked great and then....

I bought this blender in June 2018. For five months it worked great and then it just stopped. As others have mentioned the blue light comes on but nothing else happens. I turned the blender upside down and heard a rattling noise. I unscrewed the five screws holding the appliance together and another four screws came sliding out. Not sure what they go to but figure it has to be important. At least it made the rattling stop.
Not sure how to try and return this under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best blender ever!!!

With a baby in the house and a 4 year old, i can make him smoothies, milk shakes, anything while she is napping and its so quiet she doesnt wake up! Would recommed this blender over and over again.

Nice blender

It is quieter too than other blenders i have used which is a huge plus when you have a kiddo who is super sensitive to noises. Thanks for the opportunity to try this great product!

Not the best for frozen fruits/ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this blender as a courtesy replacement from the company. It is a fine blender for smoothies/shakes without ice or blended fruit. However, it does not blend frozen fruits or ice well. Every time I have to stop the blending, shake it and mix up the fruit/ice because they seem to get stuck.

Quiet, not very powerful and didn't last long.

Purchased this last week and it's already dead. I mainly used it for shakes and the like. Used it around 10 times and then it decided it was just going to quit. As a few other users have stated, it doesn't handle frozen items well. I was impressed at how it was able to chop up kale and apples into a nicely blended smoothie. I liked how quiet it was, but really am not happy with how it died and if I'll be replacing it with another product. This one just didn't make the cut.
