Disappointed in Blender

I purchased this blender in April, 2019. Obviously there is a major problem with it, as it takes me 45 minutes to make a smoothie. I have followed directions; checked on line what should be done; however, it will not blend a smoothie. It is necessary for me to constantly mix the ingredients with a spoon, and still will not blend. Very dissappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible

The manual clearly says that I can put the blade in the dishwasher. The first couple of times that I used this blender I usually washed the blades right after each used. However, one day I couldn't do it and I decided to put it in the dishwasher. I do not understand how it is safe to even put it when it melted. If the material which the plastic around the blade is made is made of badplastic nobody should recommed to put it in the dishwasher. Now I cannot even find the part it uses. I cannot used the blender anymore what a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and easy to use. 7 year old grandson and I make smoothies all time. Goes through ice with ease Actually works better then the expensive ones. Cleans up in no time and looks beautiful on the counter.

Heavy Duty Blender Does It's Job

It is quieter than my last White Blender that Lasted 15 years. This one has basically Auto Pilot settings. I.E. Making a smooth with Strawberries, Blue Berries, Almond Milk & Ice? Press one button it blends everything stops for 3 seconds to let everything settle than starts again, very cool- the outcome is a perfectly blended smoothie in 30 seconds. This Blender looks Modern. The Blue Light & Stainless Steel look was the Deal Closer for me. It does not have a rubber Diaphragm which over time invites unappealing bacteria. The one con is the Blender Glass Jar is very heavy so if you have wrist pain this may be a challenge on the other hand the glass jar is quality instead of Plastic. They should add Ice Blue backlit LED buttons to go with the on/off cool Blue Light. The Blender looks modern but is hard to identify button options in low light conditions. Once unbox an washed the glass jar & lid I was blending in 4 minutes. Buy It.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is way heavier than any blender I've ever used , it felt like such a high quality blender just by feel . The single serve shake cup was a perfect addition and the fact that it screws into the blender makes it so much better .
The quiet technology was great but not perfect , the blender was quieter than my previous blender but still quite loud . Level 1 and 2 are quiet but 3 is very loud , Still it's quieter than my previous mini blender , I highly enjoyed this
