Great blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this blender multiple times a day since I got it. I make frappes, milkshakes/malts, smoothies, and more with it. I love the look of it and the features are great! I’ve had some bad experiences in the past when using ice in other blenders but this one crushes it up like it’s nothing! I would recommend it to anyone that wants/needs a good blender. I see this one lasting me many years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PowerCrush Digital Quiet Blender is what I’ve been needing on my life for healthwise. I’m very picky on juicers and not all have peaked my interest for too long. Plus some out there a big and bulky. Blank and Decker is a great brand for anything. I used this blender for a shake and it came out smooth and tasty. Not chunky. It mixed all fruit ingrediants with ease. Plus doesn’t take up much room on my counter. I had no issues setting it up and directions were easy to read. It actually looks nice on my counter I have left it up. I’m now having healthy smoothies everyday so far. I’m excited to use this now for other stuff I can whip up with it. No cons so far. Love it!

Crushes and blends wonderfully

I was skeptical at first as we have had many blenders but they never last long. This one has been crushing ice, frozen fruit, and so much more. We have made many smoothies and it blends it all nicely.

It’s so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blender is easy to use, and the various controls, i.e. smoothie or shake, work well. It does seem somewhat quiter than the usual blender sounds. Does a good job mixing, but frozen fruits need to be partially thawed or cut to small sized cubes. Cleanup is quick and easy.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I predominantly use a blender for daily smoothies, as everyone in my family enjoys them. This Black + Decker PowerCrush Digital Quiet Blender immediately appealed to me on title alone. A quiet blender? Say it is so. Unfortunately, the blender falls short of its name. While the blender may be quieter than some, my family all agree that it is noisier than our previous blender.
As far as performance, the blender does a decent job of blending liquids, fresh or frozen chunks of fruits, and ice, but it seems to be lacking the raw power we desire and have found with higher end blenders. The ingredient slot is not well designed, as it pretty much only allows for liquids and the slot is small so even liquids make a clumsy mess. The lid has a pour spout that can be opened or closed. For heavily blended smoothies, the spout works well, but for thicker smoothies, the mix does not flow as freely and tends to make a mess.
The blender conveniently fits on the counter with enough clearance to pull the jar off the base. The jar is heavy, constructed of glass and the included single serve blender jar is made of BPA-free plastic. The blender has 3 speed functions, a pulse/ice crush setting, and three preset functions: smoothies, icy drinks, and shakes. For care and cleaning, the blade assembly separates from the jar and can be washed by hand or dishwasher. We usually clean the parts in the dishwasher 2x a week and the every other day we put soap/water and run the blender for a quick cleaning. We have not had any issues with build-up following this routine.
While not impressed by the blender, I am satisfied with it being able to do its job--to blend.

Quiet blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical at first with this being “quiet” but it is! We make a lot of smoothies and our old blender was just so noisy crushing ice. I love that it had a single serving jar. I like that the blender jar is glass and not plastic.

It was a lot heavier than I was expecting as it is glass but I do like that it is glass. It’s easy to use and clean. I like that it is digital and does seem quieter than other blenders I have used in the past.
