This is a well-built grill! It arrived on a pallet, very heavy! Instructions for assembly were well written and very clear and easy to understand. The electronic temperature monitor is excellent and very easy to get used to...several videos get you started. I use the iphone app: it has recipes and cooking times. I highly recommend!

We grill 3 to 4 times a week. The grill is perfect - watch the temp. and time from the upper deck and then return to the grill to flip. And it is so easy to clean. Love it.

First unit arrived with substantial damage and crushing…. Delivery refused. BBQ Guys and Weber Customer Service was fantastic and two weeks later we had a perfect unit delivered.
Assembly was a snap thanks to the Weber supplied “BILT” three-demential App…. Should be used for all home assemblies. Some people have complained about the open sides where the propane tank is located … I disagree. The old “under grill, in-cabinet” tank mounting was difficult on the back getting it into place, and the area had limited ventilation. The new mounting “shrouds” allow for easy access and more than adequate ventilation.
The grill works beautifully. The Searing Grill is a wonderful addition. The Wi-Fi/Bluetooth controller is very helpful. I also bought the Searing Grill insert…. Eliminates turning meet and gives a wonderful sear pattern.
The unit comes with only one temperature probe…. For the money spent I would think that having two supplied would be more appropriate. All in all this is a worthy replacement to my older and well used Weber.

Best grill I’ve owned, no other even comes close! Food cooks perfectly every time! No flare ups, no burning. Wifi and thermometers are a nice addition that makes it easy to control the temp of the grill. Backlit dials and handle mounted light are game changers for night grilling.
