We bought this BBQ more than 5 years ago and have been very happy with every aspect of it. Living near the sea most outdoor furniture and equipment develops rust within a year or two, but our Genesis II EX-335 Smart Grill shows no sign of it.
Recently, the igniter failed to stop clicking when the button was released. We are delighted that Weber has replaced it under the original warranty without any hesitation.
