I had a very old version of this case that needed an upgrade when I purchased an updated iPad. This is a very nice case. It weighs just a bit more than the old one, but does the trick. It pairs nicely with the iPad, protects it, and the iPad can be removed easily to use separately.

First of all, the instructions are poorly written. I don’t know what “Pro Keys” are but I guess it is your trademark. Someone had to pair the key pad to the I-pad for me because I didn’t understand the directions because I already had headphones paired to the I-pad and had to erase them and re-pair them because the Bluetooth button would not work. In frustration I tried to call the help line Couple of times then again at 4:00pm but was told that it was 4:00 pm “eastern” time and you were closed. In my opinion that was a poor introduction to a company supposedly based in Utah, a western state. Finally, this is my 2nd Zagg keyboard and cover. My first Zagg on a smaller and older I-pad was hard covered and folded up like a clamshell with no effort. This cover is floppy and requires some effort to get it to stand upright. I like the keyboard but would not have purchased the unit had I known it was a floppy cover.

I’m a preschool teacher and am hard on my things. I LOVE this case. I feel that my iPad is safe. This case has saved my iPad many times from falls and drops. I like that the iPad comes off the keyboard and is still protected.

The case is nice and thick. It snaps on well and I feel like the iPad is protected. However, the magnet to hold the case onto the laptop isn't strong enough. If your iPad/keyboard is not on a flat surface, it'll fall off or fall down.

Good keyboard. Weak magnet on stand. Works great on desk and is frustrating on lap. I will keep and use it but am disappointed with it. Not many choices for this older model iPad. The keyboard works well. It has back light capability but I have not yet figured out how to turn it on. The instructions in the box were very short and did not help past pairing with the iPad.
