I have returned the keyboard because it was too heavy and bulking. The trackpad was also not smooth to use.

The stand is awful. Takes several tries to get it in the correct position each time. I keyboard itself has a good feel but hard to set up positionally. Therefore, I am returning this item.

I have owned several Zagg keyboards for the past 10 years and have always been happy with the product and the company. Not any more. I recently purchased the Zagg Pro Keys reluctantly because they no longer offer the Rugged Pro for the 12.9 gen 6 ipad. The Pro Keys I received did not charge my apple pencil which is something I use daily for my graphic design work. I contacted Zagg customer service within 1 day of receiving the item and noted it did not charge the pencil. I was told that sometimes the rubber thickness will inhibit the connection and that I could return it to them - AT My Cost. For a defective product???? When I questioned this I was then told if I had Purchased the warrranty I could then return it to them for a replacement. So I would STILL have to pay Zagg for a defective product?! I'm thoroughly disappointed and will never purchase another Zagg product. The Defective item has been returned AT MY cost. It's clear that the company who purchased Zagg does not have the same consideration for its customer as the original Zagg.

I couldn’t be happier with my new keyboard and case. It’s much lighter than my old case and the keyboard is easy to use. This is my second ZAGG case. They’re indestructible. Highly recommend.
