Awful product - Incirrect description and no way to return without spending my own money

The product that I purchased did not fit my iPad Pro. There was no telephone number or website address or any information useful on the shipping remittance to tell me how to return it or even contact the company. After doing my own research to find the number for ZAGG, I made multiple attempts to connect with them through chat bot, as well as multiple telephone calls to the corporate office. I spent at least an hour on hold for a few calls which would never answered by anyone at the company. I ended up having to call the credit card company to refuse the charge because the product description was not correct for its intended use. I’ve used it in the past, and recommended to others regretfully.

I would never recommend
-your advertisement makes the cover appear to hold the ipad above the keyboard similar to the Apple Magic Keyboard. I am quite sure you were well aware of this and proceeded with full knowledge you would be selling these to customers thinking they were buying a product comparable to the Apple product.
- secondly the flap that goes over the pen storage and back to the cover is either very weak magnets or too short of a flap because it does not stay on n place
- the pen charge is too short compared to the
Apple crayon

Product works well and is reasonably priced. This is my second purchase. first is a year old and going strong. Has handled everything my middle school child has thrown at it. No complaints.

I really do not care for these iPad cases that do not close well. One wrong move and the whole works falls on the floor all discombobulated . Not really what I wanted but now I’m stuck with it ….live and learn!

One of my favorite things

Solid yet flexible case is everything I expected, and the keyboard solved my typing errors when trying to hit the tiny virtual keys on my phone. The magnets hold my I pencil securely. The extra weight is worth it.
