Works great, and like row way it packs the Pencil. It looks very cool, and is functional, great build quality. I don’t miss not having a track pad.

It just works

Bluetooth connectivity starts quickly, doesn’t drop. The keyboard itself is substantial, solid and yet not pretending to be a full laptop keyboard. This is a great product.

The original keyboard was DOA

The original keyboard was DOA and now the replacement keyboard after 3 months has a dead m key. Also the cap shift key once pressed once continues to produce capital letters. I need another replacement.

Quality keyboard

I think this keyboard easily competes with the more expensive apple keyboard. The only problem I ran into is a FaceTime issue. The keyboard does not work while you are on a FaceTime call. I bought my iPad less than two weeks ago so I’m sure it’s a problem with the keyboard. Other than that I have no complaints. However, for collaboration efforts it makes it kind of difficult.

Good not perfect

Really fantastic case/keyboard, the case feels secure yet lightweight, the keyboard makes it feel like a laptop (The keyboard itself is fairly heavy but I’m fine with that). The issue is the buttons, mainly the volume button on the case is a serious design flaw. The case design has those rubbery buttons over top of the Lock Screen and volume and the volume button doesn’t actually make contact with the tablet. If you have the tablet in the case, which you need to use the keyboard, you really have to jam your finger into the button to an almost painful degree, which makes it basically inoperable. The best solution is seriously to just take a knife and cut out the volume buttons so the area is open. It’s not a massive issue since the keyboard itself has a volume button, and you can always swipe down to use the iPad volume slide. It’s a manageable flaw in an otherwise perfect product
