Near Perfect

I love the ability to use the keyboard or remove the device. I don’t always feel the tablet is completely sturdy in the magnetic slots, almost like it is too top heavy. I notice that mostly when the device is sitting on my lap. I loved my older version better, but this works and I got it at a great price. Plus, Zagg has a great warranty replacement program and customer service has always been great to work with.

Does not fit vertically

I like the quality of the product, but my iPad does NOT fit vertically when attaching to the keyboard. The pictures on the box and on the website indicate that it will, but it doesn’t. The pictures are very misleading and I expect better from a company like Zagg.

A Solid Choice

This is my second Zagg rugged keyboard (had the first for about six years) and this one is more refined and a joy to type on. I buy these more to protect my electronics and make it easier to hold, is is a great stand-in when I don’t want to haul around my laptop.

Perfect fit for my handicap

I recently signed up for Xfinity Mobile’s iPad service along with a new iPad Air 4. I immediately went searching for a keyboard case that (1.) would protect it from breakage if it fell and (2.) would fit on my lap comfortably. (I am handicapped with a stroke. I‘m now limited to one hand and a wheelchair. I fumbled my old iPad and cracked the screen.)
I found a very expensive competitor’s keyboard case that fit the first criteria, but it did not fit on my lap at all—too long. I found the ZAAG Pro Keys Keyboard Case. It looked just right. After I ordered it, I found it to be a perfect fit for my needs stemming from my handicap. I even fumbled it, dropping it to the floor, and “no damage”!
Great job ZAAG! Perfect! So well made! I love the Apple Pencil storage, the illuminated keys, and its many other features.
I put the competitor’s case on Craig’s List, but nobody wants it! :-(

ProKeys keyboard for iPad 8th generation

Product is great, so far. I do recommend that Zaggs choose a shipper which has better way-point updates than what happens at the Osseo, Minnesota, FedeX center. That's something a buyer might ask Zaggs to do....direct shipping so it doesn't go thru Osseo. Product wise, not sure I like the case buttons for on/off, and volume....rather just have an open slot so can directly touch iPad buttons.

I tired to order the heavy duty keyboard from Zagg but they don’t make one yet for the newer iPad Air or Pro This is designed, built and fits perfectly with the iPad, So hopefully it holds up in the field.
