It works great and is worth the price! I am beyond happy with this Firepit. We have used wood and charcoal. We got some pizza stones that fit the top perfectly and can't wait to grill on them. It is a must-have for camping or in your backyard. We have a beautiful copper firepit in our backyard that we never use anymore because we use this one.

This fire pit is great! We used it every weekend since we got it. The fan is great at starting a fire and making it extra hot on cold nights. The fan is not too loud to interrupt a conversation. I let the fire die down, clean up the ash and move my cooled pit into my garage. Love the fact that I can take it anywhere and cook on top. I highly recommend this product.

The unit I received appeared to be return that was sold as new. There were also inconsistencies in the powder coating which I am afraid will eventually rust. Only time will tell if it is worth the price.
