Not what I was looking for. Bad at keeping warm

To put it simply. Good functional product. Bad at keeping us warm. Good at cooking. If you had all the products for it it would be better. Still smoke, maybe wrong fuel? Nice and pretty though.
It needs a heat diffuser on top to spread the heat. Please create and add that product. The bag also needs work. Stuffing the fire stoker through the loops is not feasible. One of the loops is tearing. Maybe a velcro or bigger loops? Also the grill slides out, needs a latch.

Good pit with some downfalls

The fire pit is beautiful. I love the visibility of the fire and the mostly smokeless aspects. A few disappointing aspects: the fire pit came with a substantial dent in the wire mess. The battery pack fan is super loud. Otherwise, it is a portable size and easy to assemble.

Love the grill function

Love this fire pit! Doesnt generate as much heat but still makes good ambiance. Love the grill function too. My only issues is that because of the mesh side you cant really control the heat so its always on full after burner mode. wish they'll make a cover for the sides when grilling.

Bought this about a year ago and its been......ok the battwry pack fan has become very loud due to it not spinning correctly its clipping the side of the housing making it unusable also would be much better if they used the thermo generator tech they have in the cooking stove that is the best peoduct ive ever bought for a camping aspect. Please fix the issues with this product. I had such high expectations just based on my experiance with your cooking stove.

The FirePit's design intentionally excludes a thermoelectric generator to radiate heat outward for a traditional campfire feel. The CampStove concentrates heat for efficient thermoelectric conversion; adding such a generator to the FirePit's larger flame would provide minimal electricity and cost over $600.

Every time I use this firepit, people literally gravitate over to us and ask all about it. it's a fantastic companion for the back of the truck (or car), when you want to cook over real wood vs. gas. Easy to control with the fan and simple to stow away when done. It always draws a crowd and levels up our dinner!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister last year and they absolutely love it! I came over for a visit and it looks so cool with the "floating fire effect". I am about to buy one for myself in the next few minutes
