This is a great portable campfire. I use it on my deck with a thermal pad, too. It takes a bit of fiddling to get set up - the instructions aren't terribly clear - but watching the videos helped. Once up and running it worked great - in fact, the first time I burned through the fuel before I was ready and had to add more. It can burn very fast, especially at higher fan speeds.
I later picked up the accessory kit with lid, pan and tools; it should get plenty of use!

Battery didn't last

The battery died after a few years of use and now I am stuck with an expensive fire pit. I would not recommend.
