This is great for campfires, the fan assures an equal flames, I have not used it to cook as I fear it may be difficult to wash afterwords

Too expensive butttttt. It’s a fabulous fire pit. Daughter has had one for 5 years and it keeps on doing the job. It burns efficiently and slower than an open fire so you use less wood. Smokeless if loaded properly. Can be used all year round camping or in the backyard. It’s a great purchase.

I got this unit 1.5 years ago. I do day trips and over nighters and this is a must. Burns less wood than an open fire. I cook on it all the time. Their warranty program is superior and they stand behind their product 100%.
